We invite the community to eat food from the Farm.  We are raising cattle, lambs, chickens, turkeys, and veggies in 2011.  Place your order for local food today.

Turkeys
Ready to host the best Thanksgiving feast around?  You don't have to look far to find your centerpiece: a local turkey from Wolfe's Neck Farm. 

We pasture raise Bronze Broad Breasted turkeys.  These birds are colorful animals that create an incredible meal.  Our hens are now sold out, but we still have some toms available (18 – 26 lbs of meat).  Broad Breasted turkey costs $4.50/lb. 

Our turkeys will be ready for pick up on November 22nd between 8AM and 6PM, giving you the freshest and tastiest Thanksgiving feast possible.

Beef
Our cows are friendly in the field, and they make a mean cut of meat.  We partner with Aldermere Farm and Cold Spring Ranch to pasture Belted Galloways (Oreo Cookie Cows) as well as Black Angus – Hereford cattle.  Beef is available throughout the season as whole, half, quarters, and family packs.

Chickens
Whether your broil, barbecue, stew, or roast, a pasture raised chicken will take your meals to a new level.  We raise "slow growing" breeds that thrive on pasture and forage for a large portion of their diet.  Our birds live in movable outdoor pens called chicken tractors, and are moved to new grass regularly.  Meat chickens average 4 to 6 pounds and cost $4.50 per lb.

Lamb
Try delicious new recipes and return to trusted old favorites.  We raise North Country Cheviot - Suffolk sheep.  They are hardy animals that produce excellent wool and meat.  We maintain a small breeding flock and have between fifteen and twenty lambs available for an early December pick up. 

Lamb is sold as half and whole animals at $6.00/lb.  Halves are typically 20-30lbs, and cost approximately $150total.  Whole lambs typically weigh 40 – 60lbs, and cost approximately $300.
