Our first Farm-to-Table dinner last October was such a success (sold out in just a few days) that we’re planning three similar events for 2014!

This year we’re partnering with Miyake, Gather (Maine) and Frontier for these unique events, designed to support our efforts to expand the availability of fresh, local and sustainably-grown food in Maine. Each event will be unique and feature locally-grown foods that are fresh and available at the time.

These events will support our Teen Ag Program, educating the next generation of farmers and small farm advocates while filling food pantry shelves.  Over the past two years, the Teen Ag Program donated over 10,000 pounds of fresh produce to local food banks!

 

Farm-to-Table Event #1: “Pig Roast and Tasting” Featuring Miyake
Sunday, June 22nd – 5-8 PM

Farm-to-Table Event #2 – “Family Farm Feast” – Gather with Frontier and North of Nashville
Sunday, August 24th – 5 to 9 PM

Join us for a summer evening celebration of local food, farming and fun including a family-friendly meal, live music and dancing, kids activities and more.  
$50/adults; $20/children 4 and up. Ages 3 and under are free. Includes all food, drinks and activities.

Farm-to-Table Event #3 – “Harvest Dinner” Featuring Miyake
Sunday, September 14th – 5 to 8 PM

Enjoy an evening gathering in the Mallet Barn complete with a four-course harvest dinner prepared by Masa Miyake. $125/pp includes all food and drinks.

2014 Farm-to-Table Host Committee
Interested in supporting the launch of this exciting series?  As a member of the Host Committee you will be recognized in the materials for each event  and have the first opportunity to reserve your space for each event.
There are three levels to choose from:

  • 24-carrot – Includes one ticket to each remaining event (excludes sold-out events) and recognition as our biggest supporters of this new series.  $750 per person
  • 18-carrot – Includes access to early reservation period for three public events. $300 per person
  • 14-carrot – Includes access to early reservation period for three public events. $200 per person
