We’re partnering with local farms and restaurants for these unique events, designed to support our efforts to expand the availability of fresh, local and sustainably-grown food in Maine. Each event will be unique and feature locally-grown foods that are fresh and available at the time.
These events support our Teen Ag Program, educating the next generation of farmers and small farm advocates while filling food pantry shelves. Over the past three years, the Teen Ag Program donated over 12,000 pounds of fresh produce to local food banks!
Tickets for each event will be pre-released to our Host Committee (see below for details). Next, our Wolfe’s Neck Farm members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets. If there are any left, we will then open ticket sales to the general public (tickets sold out very quickly last year).
Farm-to-Table Event #1
“Pig Roast and Tasting” Featuring Miyake
Sunday, June 14th, 2015 – 5 to 8 PM
Join Masa Miyake for a pig roast and local-flavors tasting including live music by the Gather Rounders and dancing. $75/pp includes all food and drinks.

Farm-to-Table Event #2
“Family Farm Feast” with Gather Farm Fresh Eatery and Frontier Cafe
Sunday, August 30th, 2015 – 5 to 8 PM
Featuring Local Food Prepared by Gather Farm Fresh Eatery and Frontier Cafe
Join us for a summer evening celebration of local food, farming and fun including a family-friendly meal, live music and dancing, kids activities and more. $50/adults; $20/children 4 and up. Ages 3 and under are free. Includes all food, drinks and activities.

Farm-to-Table Event #3
“Harvest Dinner” with Rosemont Market and Bakery
Sunday, September 20th, 2015 – 5 to 8 PM
Enjoy a celebration of the harvest season with local food prepared by Chef Brad Messier of Rosemont Market and Bakery. $100/pp includes all food and drinks.
Tickets: Available August 11th for our members and August 13th for the general public (Host Committee members can purchase tickets today- see below for details.)
2015 Farm-to-Table Host Committee
- 24-carrot – Includes one ticket to each event (transferable) and recognition as our biggest supporters of this new series. $750 per person
- 18-carrot – Includes access to early reservation period for three public events. $300 per person
- 14-carrot – Includes access to early reservation period for three public events. $200 per person
The series will be formally launched at an event on May 17th at a supporter’s home in South Freeport. This event on May 17th will be invitation-only to the first 50 individuals to sign up for the Host Committee. You can sign up to be a host today by clicking on this link:
