Organic Dairy Program Curriculum

Apprentices will begin working on business and transition plans early in their time here. This process will continue throughout the program. In order to complete the program, near the end of the training, trainees will present their business plans to a panel of industry experts who will provide feedback, guidance and, eventually, approval. Trainees coming out of the program will have opportunities to apply for access to alternative milking equipment, animals, land for lease, and preferred financing.
